Near Fine, some rubbing and wear to wraps, particularly at spine and corners. Interior pages fine. Artist's book from Matta-Clark comprising modified photographs of exposed plaster walls in Bronx tenement buildings awaiting demolition. Each page is divided in half horizontally, allowing the reader to flip the upper and lower portions of the book independently of one another. A scarce conceptual work.
