WHO & WHAT: This isn’t a panel, it’s an intimate conversation with The Cutting Room Floor podcast host, Recho Omondi. Together, we’ll be unpacking the epidemic of narcissism; its roots and affects on our communities, identities, relationships and more, using the late 70s best-seller The Culture of Narcissism by Christopher Lasch as a framework (advance reading is NOT required, but you can snag a copy if you'd like). For the uninitiated, The Cutting Room Floor is an acclaimed podcast hosted by Recho Omondi, using fashion as a lens to explore and dissect the culture. And it’s one of Rep Club’s favorite things. WHEN: Thursday, September 16th, 2021 @ 7-10pm PST, Doors at 6:45pm (no late entry) WHERE: Reparations Club — 3054 S. Victoria Ave LA, CA 90016 or Virtually via livestream from anywhere! HOW: IRL or Virtual Event tickets may be purchased below for $10 (select ticket type from the dropdown menu). Seating in-person is strictly limited to 2 tickets per person. **IRL SOLD OUT WAITLIST AVAILABLE BELOW NO GUARANTEE $10 AT DOOR** Proof of full vaccination and/or negative COVID test within 72 hours required for in-person admittance. Masks required. Virtual Tickets (also below) will receive a private invite link via email within 24 hours of the event start ( be sure to check your spam and email us if you have not received the link prior to the event start time ). A recording of the conversation will be available for 48 hours only after the event. Waitlist We will have a standby line for the waitlist and admit as many folks as we can safely, in order of the waitlist signups below. We cannot guarantee entry as this is solely based on no-shows.
