Stuart Bertolotti-Bailey

Stuart Bertolotti-Bailey is a British graphic designer, writer, and editor. He co-founded the arts journal Dot Dot Dot and later established the non-profit organization The Serving Library. He collaborates with David Reinfurt under the pseudonym Dexter Sinister and serves as a co-editor of The Serving Library Annual. Since 2017, he has held the position of Head of Design at the Institute of the Arts.
